There are more opportunities than ever to get actively involved with this year’s Festival. Whether it’s as a volunteer helping behind the scenes or as a performer in Saxophone Massive or the Festival Chorus, there are many different ways to make a real contribution to the success of NNF11.

For many of the roles on offer, there’s no need to have any previous experience.  What’s most important is that you’re enthusiastic, committed and reliable. In return for your time, you’ll be able to gain some fantastic experience, learn new skills, meet new friends and take a whole lot of satisfaction from being part of one of the largest and most exciting arts festivals in the UK.

The following opportunities are currently available:

Join the NNF Volunteer team - play a crucial role behind the scenes at the Festival

Team East for Skills volunteer programme - a unique opportunity for people to use their volunteering experience to help them move back into employment or further education/training.

Sing with the Festival Chorus - a chance for experienced singers to take part in the Festival's opening concert

Be part of Saxophone Massive - a call out to all saxophonists to take part in Andy Sheppard's Saxophone Massive

Dining with Alice - be an extra in this extraordinary piece of theatre

Join the Voice Project Choir - no previous singing experience required to take part in this sensational choir
